Field Service Engineer

Your role

As a Service Engineer you ensure that our customers can make optimal use of their systems as smoothly as possible. You do this by helping customers with malfunctions, carrying out changes and periodic maintenance work on our (robot) installations.

In addition, you will participate in training our customers in the use of our systems, both in our workshop and at customer locations at home and abroad. Our customers are spread all over the world so you should like to travel.

Your profile

You are a colleague who likes to roll up your sleeves, is driven and can work both independently and in a team. You work closely in a team with two other Service Engineers. You also recognize yourself in the following:

  • You keep an overview, communicate openly and are flexible in terms of working hours and activities;
  • You see it as a challenge to discover unknown territory;
  • You have experience or affinity with robotics / PLC ;
  • You are a techie in heart and soul and you like a technical challenge.
